 RATES:

Regular season (Dec. Jan. Feb. Mar. Apr.) $175.00 per night week day, $200.00 per night weekend with a min 2 nights stay.

Holiday season: Christmas, New Years, Presidents Week (U.S.), Spring Break. Prices range from $250.00 to $350.00 per night, minimum 4 nights stay. 

 

  • Confirmation upon receipt of deposit, 50% of the rent. 
  • Final payment 30 days to arrival. 
  • Cancellations: Reservations will be cancelled if payment is not received by the applicable deadline. There are no refunds for changes or cancellations less than 15 days from arrival time. There are no refunds on unused portions of a package. 
  • Check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out time is 11:00 AM 
  • No pets are allowed. 
  • Guests are asked to leave the unit in the condition they found it. 
  • There are no house keeping  or room services available.
  • In the advent of any problems, guests are asked to phone the management at 763-9497. 
  • Skis are not allowed in the unit, there is space provided in the entrance. 
  • Please do not walk in the unit with outdoor footwear, or ski boots. Please leave them in the entrance. 
  • Guests are required to keep the steps, and walkway  clear of fresh fallen snow. 
  • Do not park on the road. Parking is provided on the lot for up to 2 vehicles. 
  • Long distance and collect calls cannot be placed from the unit; however you can have someone call you during your stay. 
  • Prices are quoted in Canadian $, and all information is subject to change without prior notice.
